1.    Sales and Shipping policy -

All of our products are new and sold with their respective manufacturers warranty.

The products come in the original manufacturers packaging. 

All sales are in USD only. RMSHelper.com only ships its products within USA.

Shipping is provided through UPS or FedEx 2-3 day shipping option for instock items.

Backordered items will be shipped when received in store.

Please call for other shipping options.

2.    Returns policy -

Software licenses once purchased cannot be returned.

Please call for a RMA before returning any hardware.

Hardware can be returned within 15 days of the shipment date.

A 20% restocking fee applies for all hardware returns.

Any hardware returned without a valid RMA will not be accepted.

All unused hardware for return should be returned in the original packaging only.

Services once performed cannot be refunded.

Shipping cost cannot be refunded.

3.    Services policy -

Support and Training services are provided on a pre-arranged schedule. Please contact us at 1-877-283-0883 to schedule the services in advance.

Emergency support is available on a pre-paid basis. Please select your pre-paid support plan.
